7:30 pm Plum Island Grille (2 Plum Island Blvd.) – FINDING from Section 97-4.D (4) and Section 97-6 of the Zoning Bylaws to extend a pre-existing deck by approximately 250 square feet. The proposed is a re-construction or structural change to a non-conforming structure and the proposed construction will not meet the required setbacks.
8:00 pm Joy McFarland (37 Newbury Neck Road) – A continued hearing for a VARIANCE for relief from Section 97-3 of the Zoning Bylaws to convert a single-family residence to a commercial spa.
